This week, there’s shock and anger from businesses based at the CPS Sopping Centre in Cultcheth who’ve been served with eviction notices.  We talk about Council plans to close Stockton Heath tip and their review of library services across the region.  There’s good news for commuters as the £2 bus fare cap has been extended – and we talk about the forthcoming Super League season.

The new Guardian is out and has the latest on Warrington Borough Council’s proposals to abolish free parking concessions in Stockton Heath and Lymm.  Sally Sharma’s petition has now had over 3500 signatures.  There’s news about the forthcoming open day at Priestley College.  And we pay tribute to our wonderful friend and colleague, Andy Ball of BBC Radio Merseyside who sadly passed away at the weekend.
