High Drama and High Spirits as Thelwall’s Bridgewater Players Bring Ladies Day to the Stage

The Bridgewater Players are reeling in the laughs this November as they prepare to perform Ladies Day, Amanda Whittington’s hit comedy, at Thelwall Parish Hall.

The play follows four lively fish-factory workers who trade their wellies for fascinators on a trip to the races — with plenty of drinks, flirting, and unexpected twists along the way.

It’s a heartfelt and hilarious story about friendship, luck, and taking chances.
