Ahead of a sell-out blues night in Grappenhall this Friday Rob Bradshaw from Warrington Blues Club paid us a visit

Warrington Blues Club was formed by husband and wife team, Ray & Barbara O’Hare in 1993 and became a staple of the local music scene for 17 years until it sadly came to a close in 2010.

Thirteen years later, Warrington Blues Club is back and is now in the hands of Rob Bradshaw who was our special guest on this mornings breakfast show.

This Friday, 16th February sees the third event for the recently reformed club – and it’s looking like its a sell-out!

The event being held at the Bellhouse Olde Barn (Grappenhall Community Centre) will feature live music from Shade Tree Mechanics and Blue Dog Hooch – and will have a special appearance from our very own Neil James!

Rob Bradshaw and Neil James

Tickets are £8 in advance, £10 on the door.  You can find out more at the Warrington Blues Club Facebook Page.
