Cricket: The game of gentlemen – and women!

It was a pleasure to welcome Angela Evans, Women’s Team Captain at Oughtrington Cricket Club to our morning studio.

Tucked away just behind Lymm High School is Oughtrington Park Cricket Club – officially the oldest sports club in Lymm and now in its 139th year.

The club currently has five senior men’s teams, a women’s team and numerous opportunities for juniors.

There’s a lively clubhouse and a full social programme too including quiz nights, live music nights and more.  Social memberships are always available.

New players are always welcome!
