What’s on Guide 12th October 2024

Hello, it’s Magen here and I’m going to tell you about all of the best events happening in and around Cheshire this weekend, that you definitely do not want to miss!

This weekend marks the first weekend of Gulliver’s’ World in Warrington’s Fright Fiesta, which is happening up until Halloween. With special highlights such as a Trick or Treat Train and the Temple Raider live ride experience, Gulliver’s world is the perfect place to get you in the Halloween mood! Tickets are £18 when booked online, whilst its £21 to pay on the gate.

For those of you wanting to relive the 90s, Lauryn Hill and the Fugees are Performing at the Co-Op Arena in Manchester tonight, on The Miseducation Anniversary Tour, with special guest YG Marley. Tickets are still on sale from the co-op live website.

At Norton Priory there is a Quince and Apple event happening both today and tomorrow. This is going to be a great autumnal day out  and with up to 3 children free with every paying adult ticket, it’s perfect for the whole family. Expect to find a number of stalls, live music, Wildlife activities and Garden Games. It’s open between 10am and 4pm on both days.

Walton Gardens is hosting the Cycle Museum’s Gigantic Jumble event tomorrow, which is perfect for all cycling enthusiast, where there will be the option to buy and sell bikes and vintage bike parts. It’s on between 10am-4pm and is open for the public to come and buy or even just browse at the display bikes. With other activities available for children and adults alike, Walton Gardens is the perfect place to spend the day with the whole family and is definitely worth checking out.

The Warrington Maker’s Market in Time Square is also on tomorrow, with over 60 stalls including local food and drink vendors, arts and crafts and vintage finds. Located just outside Warrington Market, there’s going to be absolutely loads to see and do.
