Set against the backdrop of Cheshire’s stunning Cholmondeley Castle , this year’s family-friendly festival proved once again why it’s a summer highlight for so many.
The undisputed queen of disco, Gloria Gaynor, set DevaFest’s main stage alight with a dazzling performance that brought the whole crowd to its feet.
When she belted out I Will Survive the atmosphere was electric – her timeless anthem united fans of all ages in a joyous singalong that reverberated well beyond the festival grounds.

DevaFest 2025 featured a bumper lineup of top artists, bands, and DJs, with music drifting from stage to stage and genre to genre.

Backstage, away from the music we met Dr Lance Haggith OBE – a remarkable figure who carried the torch for the 2012 London Olympics opening ceremony, symbolising his inspiring spirit and dedication.
He is the founder of the Sports Traider charity, which has made a significant impact by providing sports opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
In recognition of his outstanding charitable work and voluntary services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, Lance was awarded an OBE in the 2022 Birthday Honours.
Additionally, he was honored as the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Unsung Hero in 2010, highlighting his exceptional contributions to sport and community.
