It’s not a job title most of us come across every day, but as Andrea explained, it’s one that offers invaluable support to many people navigating one of life’s toughest transitions.
Every year, thousands of people go through a divorce, and while the reasons and stories are always different, one thing remains the same — it’s rarely easy.
Divorce brings emotional upheaval, practical challenges, and often a sense of uncertainty about what comes next.
That’s where Andrea comes in. Through her work as a Divorce Coach, she helps people find their footing again, offering guidance, coping tools and a renewed sense of confidence to face the future.
Andrea shared some thoughtful self-help tips during the show — little mindset shifts that can make a big difference, such as taking time each day to breathe deeply and focus on what is within your control, rather than what isn’t.
She also encouraged listeners to allow space for all emotions — sadness, frustration and even relief — recognising that healing isn’t linear, but a journey.

With the festive season fast approaching, her advice couldn’t be more timely.
While Christmas is often seen as a joyful, family-focused season, it can also magnify existing strains in relationships.
Spending more time indoors together, financial pressures, and emotional expectations can all take their toll. In fact, January has become known for a spike in breakups, yet Andrea’s message is one of hope and resilience — there is a way through, and nobody should feel they have to struggle alone.
Andrea reminded listeners that help is available — from professional guidance to simply reaching out to trusted friends or local support groups.
A conversation can be the first step toward clarity and inner peace.
So whether you’re seeking peace during a challenging time or simply want to strengthen your mindset for the year ahead, Andrea’s words offered a timely reminder: you can’t always choose what happens to you, but you can choose how you move forward.
Andrea will join Phil once again in January. Stay tuned for more! In the meantime you can find out more about Andrea and how she can help you at her official website.
