Elspeth joined the Future Leader Scheme in 2020 and has since worked within six different areas of the business and has gained additional qualifications, whilst building a solid career foundation.

Oyindamola came to United Utilities on a six-week internship and was transferred onto the Graduate Scheme working in Construction Project Management. Now in her second year, she is building a solid career path for the future.

Matt graduated with a degree in Environmental Science and is now about to go into his third year on the scheme. He’s already gained valuable experience in different areas of the business and is currently workring in Water Resource Planning. He is excited about his future prospects with the company.
