Grassroots football at it’s best!
Orford Juniors is an FA affiliated Community Football Club based in Warrington, Cheshire.
They provide Junior Football opportunities from the age of 7, all the way through to 17, with the opportunity to progress into open-age league football.
The Junior football teams play on Saturdays and Sundays in the Warrington Junior Football League on a weekly basis. This league is affiliated with the Liverpool County Football Association.
Many listeners may not realise that Cheshire’s MIX56 (Lymm Community Radio CIC) is a not for profit Social Enterprise run by volunteers.
We are only able to operate through the generous support of our sponsors and advertisers – and we depend on grant funding and donations to cover our running costs.
As a not for profit organisation, once our operational costs are covered – we invest any surplus into local causes for the good of the greater community.
Although the economic climate has been a challenge over the last 12 months, we were delighted to be able to allocate some funds to Orford Juniors.
