MIX 56 CHESHIRE'S BEST MUSIC MIX
Now in its 42nd year, this much-loved local event brought a packed afternoon of music, shows, and fun for all ages.
Kicking things off was the lively “Back to the 80s” themed procession led by the Batida Rio Samba Band and was followed by fancy dress competitions – and a range of arena acts like the Paws for Thought Dog Display, Bhangra dancers, and local favourite Northern Starr Dance.
With around 30 stalls, tasty food outlets, and free workshops in drumming, crafts, and circus skills, there was something for everyone – and there was a great turn out, despite the weather forecast!
Smithy went along to take part in the fun and met one of the organisers, Angus Lord. You can listen again right here.
