Bradley made the decision to challenge himself mentally and physically after loising his brother Ben to suicide two years ago.
Callum meanwhile has had his own struggles with mental health and now hopes to encourage young men to talk or seek help if they need it.
Bradley and Callum were Paul’s special guests on the breakfast show. You can hear the full discussion right here.
The fundraising target was £300 – but this has already been exceeded and currently stands at an impressive £1413!
On average, the pair are running six and a half miles every day and throughout the month, will be inviting other young men who may have also struggled with mental health to join them.
You can follow their journey through Instagram (@Bradleymeah) and TikTok (@BradMeah).
