There’s a touch of magic in the air around Lymm, as the much-loved fairy rock hunt prepares to make its enchanting return.

Helen and Tracey, the Fairy Rock Mothers from the popular community group Lymm Rocks, joined Phil on the MIX56 morning show this week to share the exciting news that more than 200 rock fairies will soon be fluttering into the village.
Their destination? A secret spot somewhere in The Glen – though locals know that the area around the dam is often sprinkled with a little fairy dust.

Families are invited to join in the fun by following the clues in a special treasure hunt to find their very own fairy to take home.
Every painted fairy is a small piece of community creativity, hand-decorated by local volunteers to spread smiles, brighten walks and bring people together.
The Fairy Rock Mothers hinted that the fairies will be arriving very soon, ready to delight local children and grown-ups alike.
As always, anyone who finds a fairy is encouraged to share a photo of their discovery on the Lymm Rocks Facebook page, helping to keep the joy going and inspiring even more fairy adventures in the future.
So keep your eyes open and your sense of wonder ready – a little magic is about to land in Lymm once again!
