Spire Cheshire Hospital hosted a vibrant and empowering Women’s Health and Wellbeing event last night, drawing a packed crowd eager to learn and connect on important topics such as menopause, endometriosis and breast cancer awareness.
The evening, titled Shaping Strength offered a mix of expert presentations, interactive stalls and uplifting experiences – leaving attendees feeling both informed and inspired.

The event featured informative talks from leading consultants, including Dr Winter-Roache, Dr Hala Sadik and Mr Norman Sarfraz – consultant General and Breast Surgeon.
Their presentations covered the latest in women’s health, from managing menopause and understanding endometriosis to the importance of breast cancer screening and care.
Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the experts, making the evening both educational and supportive.

Alongside the talks, a range of stalls offered hands-on experiences and resources. Tropic Skincare, Cheshire Natural Health, and the Himos Hub were among the partners providing information and samples, helping guests explore holistic approaches to wellbeing.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, with many attendees enjoying the chance to chat, learn, and discover new products and services.

The event was designed to be a feel-good experience, with goody bags for all and a sense of community spirit throughout.
