Professor Broomhead, Chief Executive of Warrington Borough Council has been a name synonymous with Warrington for over 12 years.

But prior to that, he was also head of the NW Development agency – and was a key player in realising projects such as Liverpool One and Media City.

He also has a distinguished career in education – and sits on several company boards including Warrington Wolves.
