MIX 56 CHESHIRE'S BEST MUSIC MIX

The event runs from Thursday 20th August until Sunday 23rd August, with a line-up featuring some of the biggest names in music across the decades.
Rob McGowan caught up with Trentham Estate Senior Director Alastair Budd, who shared an insight into what visitors can expect from this year’s event.
The Fratellis will open Trentham Live on Thursday 20th August, with support from The Subways.
Friday night will see 1980s legends Madness headline, joined by The Coral.
On Saturday 22nd August, 1990s boyband Five will take to the main stage, supported by The Wanted 2.0.
The festival will come to a close on Sunday 23rd August, when legendary electronic pop group The Human League headline. They’ll be joined by Blancmange and Altered Images.
Kerrie Pope, Head of Events at Trentham, said the team was delighted to be bringing the event back following the success of 2024.
She said the 2026 line-up offered a range of musical genres, with an “electric and special atmosphere” expected as friends and families come together at the historic gardens and lakeside setting.
Trentham Live takes place in the unique surroundings of Trentham Gardens, offering visitors the chance to enjoy live music in one of Staffordshire’s best-known destinations.
Senior Director Alastair Budd said the estate was delighted to welcome the acts to Trentham and looked forward to welcoming thousands of visitors throughout the four-day event.
With an affordable ticket price, a varied line-up and a spectacular setting, Trentham Live 2026 promises a memorable weekend of music and shared experiences.
