Warrington is turning up the volume this weekend as a true icon of British music makes his long-awaited return. Legendary producer and dance music pioneer Pete Waterman is back in town this Saturday, bringing with him the unmistakable energy and nostalgia of The Hitman & Her.

This Saturday (11th July) Old Market Square will transform into the epicentre of classic dance as The Hitman returns for a huge open-air celebration inspired by the iconic show.

In a heartfelt nod to local history, the event also pays tribute to Mr Smith’s — the legendary Warrington nightclub where it all began, and which helped put the town firmly on the UK’s clubbing map.

Pete will headline the night, bringing with him the sounds that shaped an era. Expect hands-in-the-air anthems, throwback energy, and a crowd united by the music that defined their youth.

Joining him is a powerhouse lineup of dance legends, including Cappella, 2 Funky 2, Porn Kings, Alex Party, and Spike from 911 on the DJ decks — all delivering the classic house and eurodance hits that dominated the 90s and beyond.
