St Rocco’s Hospice

St. Rocco’s Hospice has been providing compassionate, wrap around care to the Warrington Community for 40 years, supporting those living with a palliative diagnosis.

Our Nursing team have been at the heart of the hospice since 1985, providing personalised and specialist palliative care to patients and supporting loved ones who need it when they need it most.

Our care is holistic, which means we support all needs of the patients we care for including physical, psychological, social and/or spiritual support alongside other healthcare professionals. Our care is delivered through the range of services we offer, our Warrington Integrated Palliative Care Hub provide guidance and will coordinate individual care requirements for patients, whether this is at our 10 bed in patient unit or as an outpatient through our reach services and hospice vitality centre, for those preferring to be cared for at home.

This care is provided free of charge so as a charity we rely heavily on donations and fundraising to help us to continue to make every day count.
