Hi I’m Steph

I’ve been a part of Cheshire’s Mix 56 team since the early days in 2020 and it has been one of the most exciting adventures I’ve ever taken part in.

I’d never had the opportunity to work in radio before but with a background in hosting events and working in schools, chatting to people about things I’m excited about is something I’m very experienced in.

I’ve been lucking enough to present a number of shows at the station and I currently present the Saturday afternoon show at 3pm.

There’s great music (naturally) and we have a look into what’s brand new in the cinemas and what films are celebrating milestone anniversaries.

I adore films and TV and can happily talk your ear off and geek out over the world of film. I’m a very proud nerd at heart,

I love to delve into research rabbit holes, learn new crafts, take on overly ambitious creative projects all because it looks fun, and why not?

My music loves are as eclectic as they are wild, if I told you the first 3 CDs I ever bought were Phil Colins’ Greatest Hits, B*witched and the soundtrack to Disney’s Fantasia that sums me up pretty well.
