Hi, Mitch here.  I present the Awesome 80’s show on Saturdays between 5 and 7pm.

I was born in Romford in Essex and moved up to the North West in 2012, firstly to Altrincham and then to Lymm in 2022.

I love listening to local radio – especially on car journeys to theme parks with my 6 year old boy, Elliot and wife Joanne.

MIX56 is my first presenting job – and I love it!

I work for ITV Granada Reports as a Lead Production Specialist (all things technical) and before that, I worked in Shopping TV.

I am a qualified Lecturer and spent several years working in regional theatre and in the West End with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

I have run the London Marathon twice…
