Lymm Festival 2024 Launch

Lymm Festival is coming soon!

Now in it’s 26th year, this much-loved annual festival takes place between the 20th and 30th June 2024 and promises something for everyone!

Tickets are now on sale and are selling fast!

The festival will start with the massively popular FoodFest and Street Fun event in the village on Thursday 20th June and will run for ten days, offering a range of events and performances including music, spoken word and comedy.

The headline event this year is an evening with the BBC’s “Whispering” Bob Harris who’ll be in conversation with music journalist, Colin Hall talking about The Songs That The Beatles Gave Away.

Scarecrow Trail

The Scarecrow Trail returns this year with a Transport and Travellers theme. 

Follow the trail to see how many you can find, or just keep an eye open for the many and varied scarecrows as you go around the village during the Festival.

Lymm Historic Transport Day

Now part of the Lymm Festival offering, Lymm Transport Day returns on Sunday 23rd June and opens with an eclectic vehicle parade through the village at 10.30am, followed by a full day of exhibits and activities on the May Queen Field from 11am to 5pm.

A particular highlight of this year’s event is scheduled to be a flypast from a Lancaster bomber – one of only two of these legendary planes in the world which still takes to the air!
