Astrid Erver Returns to the Airwaves

Ervy’s Rock Box returns to MIX56 this Thursday and Astrid is back in the driving seat

A routine shower one morning changed everything for MIX56 presenter Astrid Erver when she discovered a lump that led to a whirlwind of hospital visits, soul-searching and some of the toughest months of her life.

What followed was a period filled with uncertainty and worry, as the word cancer turned her world upside down.

Astrid admits the thought of what lay ahead was far worse than the reality – the fear and anticipation often heavier than the treatment itself.

While the treatment was never easy – and she is still feeling the effects of her final rounds of radiotherapy – Astrid is emerging from the experience with a renewed sense of strength and optimism.

Astrid returns to the airwaves tomorrow for Ervy’s Rock Box and is eager to turn the page and focus on a brighter future.

With her familiar voice once again filling the airwaves, Astrid’s return is not only a sign of recovery but also a celebration of resilience, positivity, and the support of the many listeners who have missed her presence.
