MIX 56 (HD) CHESHIRE'S BEST MUSIC MIX
Lymm Parish Council and Cheshire’s MIX 56 have joined forces and will bring you an evening of entertainment at the lower dam on Thurdsay 8th May.
All are welcome to the village for a spectacular celebration including entertainment from a vintage trio, a parade of lanterns for peace and a reading of the official tribute from the Royal British Legion.
The evening will feature a piper performing a celebratum, written especially for the 80th anniversary – leading to the lighting of a beacon.
MIX56 will be on stage to anchor the event, playing 1940’s music and a vintage sing a long – and over the course of the evening will announce the winners of best dressed shop window display and colouring and poetry competitions being held at local schools.
