It was wonderful to welcome rom-com novelist, Suzan Holder to our studio on the launch of her second book, Rock ‘n’ Rose – out now.
Rock ‘n Rose is the highly anticipated follow-up to Shake it up Beverley, a Beatles themed story which has a personal thumbs up from Sir Paul McCartney – and a string of five-star reviews on Amazon.
Suzan’s latest book, Rock ‘n’ Rose takes you behind the gates of Elvis Presley’s Graceland and is a take of a young girl searching for the truth about her beloved Nana Rose’s link to the King of Rock ‘n’Roll.
Suzane Holder
Suzan trained as a newspaper journalist and worked on regional and national newspapers before moving into TV.
She produced a variety of television news and lifestyle programmes including Loose Women.
Suzan’s husband is one of the icons of British pop music, Noddy Holder – the frontman of the 70’s glam rock band Slade.
Recently it was revealed that Noddy had been diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer five years ago.
Thankfully, with his positive outlook on life and the incredible work they do at the Christie Hospital, he’s doing really well right now.

Smithy worked with Noddy at Piccadilly Radio in Manchester back in the 1990’s.
