GOOD MORNING CHESHIRE

We were delighted to catch up recently with Professor Noel Fitzpatrick – better known to millions as The Supervet – ahead of his forthcoming October show, Pets, Hugs and Rock ‘n’ Roll, at Runcorn’s Brindley Theatre.

This is a show with a twist: yes, there’ll be stories—but there’ll be live music too! Noel will weave funny, factual, uplifting and eyebrow-raising tales from his life as a vet among his favourite songs for a unique evening of love, hope and joy.

Medicine meets music in an uplifting night out

Backed by an accomplished band whose members have performed alongside artists including ELO, Take That, The Darkness, Anthrax and the Hans Zimmer Orchestra, Noel will debut songs from the band’s forthcoming album. The set also features rock classics from AC/DC, Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi and The Cure.

Between the music, Noel shares stories from a lifetime in veterinary medicine—funny, moving and often extraordinary—offering an insight into the animals, people and experiences that have shaped his journey.

A show for dreamers and anyone who’s faced setbacks

This is a show where impossible things happen in both medicine and music—perfect for anyone who has ever had a dream and anyone who has ever suffered setbacks—which, as Noel says, is all of us. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, making for an intimate, engaging evening.

Whether you know him as The Supervet, enjoy a great live band, or simply love stories that celebrate resilience, compassion and the bond between people and animals, Pets, Hugs & Rock ‘n’ Roll promises a warm, uplifting and memorable night.
