Two main stroies for you.

Peace of Mind – the Brianna Ghey Fundraiser

Known as ‘Peace in Mind,’ the campaign will see Brianna’s mum, Esther, work with the Warrington Guardian to push for better support for children in our town.

The fundraiser will raise money for the Mindfulness in Schools Project, which will allow teachers in Warrington to attend mental wellbeing training courses.

Oliver Wright Receives Posthumous Honour

23 year old Oliver from Lymm sadly died in December last year – but his lasting legacy, the gift of organ donation has since helped to save the lives of four other people.

Oliver was given a posthumous honour at a ceremony in May this year, which took place in Manchester, and it saw him receive the Order of St John Award.
