MIX 56 CHESHIRE'S BEST MUSIC MIX
A brand-new creative hub has opened its doors in Stockton Heath, bringing colour, culture and community spirit right into the heart of the village.
The Stockton Heath Gallery, located on Walton Road, offers a warm and welcoming space showcasing an impressive mix of local artwork, from striking paintings to unique ceramics and handcrafted jewellery.
As well as celebrating local talent, the gallery is set to play an active role in the community. A dedicated space within the gallery will host workshops, talks and events throughout the year, designed to inspire and bring people together.
Gallery owner Clare Rawlinson joined Ian live on MIX56 this morning to share her passion and vision for the venture.
Clare spoke about wanting to create a place where art isn’t just displayed, but where it can be enjoyed, explored and experienced by everyone. You can listen again right here.
There’s already a lively calendar of events taking shape!
Among the highlights, a ghost stories workshop will run on 29th and 30th October, diving into eerie tales from the Stockton Heath area.
The event is not only set to thrill but will also raise funds for Stockton Heath Festival, adding to the community spirit that runs through the gallery’s ethos.
The Stockton Heath Gallery promises to be more than just an art space – it’s a creative gathering place for all, putting local art and community at its heart.
