Festival Jazz Night – Dr Jazz & the Cheshire Cats Big Band

Swing into the Summer with Lymm-based big band and Festival favourite, Dr Jazz and the Cheshire Cats!

Look forward to hearing classic big band numbers from Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller and many more, as well as hits from British bands including Ivy Benson and Ted Heath, and even some Latin jazz surprises along the way.

Featuring two vocalists, the band has a wide repertoire, with a particular reputation for stylish performances of classic swing. As a result, the band is regularly booked for events where people will be dancing to great jazz tunes.

Concerts, weddings, parties, balls and functions all feature in a typical year in Dr Jazz’s calendar.
